Your website is live mirrored in both our primary network in Telehouse London and our secondary network in Bristol. If our entire primary network disappears completely for any reason, your site will still continue to be available from our secondary network. This also helps us with maintenance works and link outages (each site is tested every 5 seconds) meaning that we don't need to take you site down for "maintenance" every once in a while like everyone else does.

What's more we do incremental data backups to raid drives in our third network, based in Cornwall. These allow you access to files for the last 7 days. A bit like Time Machine. Additionally all of our servers are automatically monitored from multiple locations to ensure peak performance and availability. Any problems trigger an alert to our support team who are instantly on the case.
