Phone Options:
Our phone packages are BT-based so you won't have to pay up to £125 to move your line back to BT if you wanted to (other "LLU providers" physically move your line in your exchange) - with OneVoice your line remains a BT-based line.
There's no call connection fees or hidden charges so you'll always know exactly where you are with your bill. Our billing systems even do the sums each month and let you know if it thinks you'd be better off on a different package. Our call prices are amongst the lowest in the industry too, with international calls being just a fraction of what BT and others charge.
Easy Transfer
It's easy to transfer your line rental and calls to us. There's no downtime, no change in call quality and you keep your existing number. And you don't get billed by BT anymore. The process takes 14 days at which point you'll be billed by us for your line rental and calls instead of BT or your current provider. Directory enquiries and fault systems work the same, but we handle all line problems and issues for you - so you can sit back, relax and leave your problems in our hands.
Broadband Options:
Up to 24Mbit ADSL (depending on your line and exchange) It's a service which we'd expect ourselves: The fastest speed your line can handle, a reliable and secure router, quick connections to everywhere in the world, secure email that really is instant and 99.9% spam-free - all with friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable, technical support that's just for Mac users (we're Linux and Windows savvy too!)
