Line Rental 6% cheaper than BT...
Whilst essentially the same actual service as BT - your line remains with BT just billed and managed by us. Because we buy lots of lines, we can pass the savings onto you.
Best UK landline rates - just 1p per minute...
1p per minute is the lowest rate you can get, and is often between 2-5p per minute with other providers. Again, we buy millions of minutes in advance from BT and so can pass on the savings.
Per-second billing - save 66% on the average call...
The average business call length is about 20 seconds. Most other providers, including BT, charge in 1 minute blocks - so you're potentially getting charged for the 2/3 of a minute you're not even talking! Per second billing has saved some customers 70-80% on calls charges each month.
No call connection charges
Some companies charge in excess of 5p for each call just as a "connection charge". We're not sure why, BT do not charge any of their wholesale customers this so all telco's never pay this. It's just a completely made up fee!
Combined could save 95% on an average call...
So add it up at average rates from other providers: 1 minute at 2.4p, plus the connection charge of 5p makes 7.4p for that 20 second call. With us, you get charged just one third of a penny (0.33 pence) - that's 95% lower! Of course, not every call is like that, and it will balance out. Customers who have switched their line rental from BT generally save at least 33% but often significantly more (sometimes as high as 70-80%)
