   You'll only be able to count a handful of ISP's in this country who's networks have actually been upgraded to account for the speeds of fibre. If you consider the possibility of 10x end-user speeds, the ISP needs to ensure their own network is now fast enough. Many have finite capabilities and thus this significantly reduces your download speed. Many home users now have faster connections that the ISP's have from their primary networks. Not at MacAce - we have no ceiling - 1000 people downlowding at the same time at 40Mbps, no problem at all.

   We believe in high quality, personal and friendly support. You'll know us by name and we won't treat you like a number or email address. No long queues, no call centres. 3. Fair with our download limits
   There has to be limits, we all know that, but it's how they are implemented. We believe in being fair. All of our packages have a buffer zone so that you do';t get charged extra for going a bit over. We also don't include your usage off-peak (11pm-8am) as that's when our network is least busy.

   We're the only ISP that we know of that put's it's customers first by guaranteeing the best possible service or your money back. If your broadband is down, we promise to try to get it fixed within 2 hours, or sooner.
